Turnaround Management Association is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation. Each U.S. Chapter is a separate not-for-profit corporation registered in the applicable state that has entered into an Affiliation Agreement with TMA. Each Non-U.S. chapter is incorporated under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it operates and has also entered into an Affiliation Agreement with TMA.
